Hosted by Travelfusion, access to Qatar Airways’s rich NDC content has never been easier! Agencies, Aggregators, Metas, GDSs and all eCommerce services from all sectors are invited to apply to join the Qatar Airways NDC API. The solution includes a host of retailing options, personalised services backed by unparalleled scalability and 24/7 customer service.

Step 1: Sign-up

Please complete the short registration form which will be sent to Qatar Airways and once approved the onboarding process will commence.

Step 2: Support with Integration

Once authorised by Qatar Airways, Travelfusion will contact you to begin the integration work. The process will be backed with support from our dedicated NDC API support team.

Step 3: Go Live Certification

After the integration is finalized you will need to complete our ‘Going Live CheckList’ - a questionnaire that is designed to ensure that you have made the right selections in the course of the integration. By accessing your test environment we will conduct a few test bookings to check if your implementation complies with our API requirements.

Step 4: Going Live

After the ‘Going Live CheckList’ has been completed and your test environment is approved, you will be granted permission to switch on real bookings on your account and go into production.

Step 5: Ongoing Support

Once the implementation is complete you will be passed over to our Account Management and Operations teams who will provide account management and customer and technical support. Operationally you will be supported via our efficient ticketing priority system and you will have access to our online reporting system providing rich MI and performance analysis.
